Tracy Lutolf

Tracy is a positive leader and culture catalyst dedicated to helping teams build a positive culture, engage employees, and develop leaders that inspire people to reach their full potential. She embraces change and thrives when motivating teams through the change process.

Tracy grew up at the Jersey Shore and currently resides in Lawrenceville, NJ with her husband and three children. Tracy holds an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson Madison.

Tracy spent 22 years in various roles at Johnon & Johnson, with the last 15 focused on promoting the science behind iconic brands, such as Tylenol and Neutrogena, to healthcare professionals. She led and shaped the launch of new and restructured sales teams, new sales models and strategic initiatives, including “Next Best Action” (artificial intelligence) digital innovation.

Tracy successfully implemented several employee experience initiatives and led teams to build/enhance culture in a way that engaged team members and improved employee satisfaction. She drove ongoing developmental opportunities including emerging leader and peer leader groups, and created, shaped, and executed many highly rated events such as annual leadership summits, award shows, and national sales meetings. She also co-facilitated several Jon Gordon’s The Power of Positive Leaders and the Power of Positive Teams workshops.
